You just jerking my chain??? Or are you really comparing my looking for a big bunk, with 15 years in the HHG industry, to a guy looking for a specific color of truck, loud stereo, and hardwood floors with apparently no experience in the industry? :biggrin_25512:

I don't see any problem with what he wants to do.... I have shinny stacks, a big texas bumper, a sound system and soon to have hardwood floors installed at 4-States later this summer. Then again, I know what I can afford and I preffer to be comfortable driving down the road (hence the $1000 I spent on a nice Elite 80 Ultra-leather seat with the massage ;))

My truck makes the same dollar as all your trucks, i just choose to do it in style LOL.... to each their own.

Hey, my WS has 22.5LP (but it's a lowmax and the 24.5 would tear off my fenders LOL)..............
But I have to agree on the MBN CAT. I have one and it gets terrible mileage. According to Mr. Haney tho, for a small amount of $ he claims to be able to flash it to a 550 Brake-saver and gain me around .7-1mpg more plus it will run MUCH better. So it looks like a load to the DC area may be in my future sometime next month to have it done :yes2557:

I think your kinda missing the point here. There are things you need in truck and things you want, this guy really needs to figure it out before getting in this business.

We have all probably seen guys like this. They see all the shiny stuff and end up with a POS that they paid entirely to much for. I see that in this person future.

he can flash it and it will run alot better but it's still got screwed up timing and higher compression so it's not going to be like an E model. unless you want to swap the pistons and the cam too. but anythings an improvement over stock. my 4 t800 with the 500 mbn got between 4.5 and 5mpg. and I only hauled 18k lbs of gold carts with it.
