Can that County say BEND OVER in a Civil CASE 71 Rounds in 7 Seconds when he never Fired a round at them. Called a Buddy of mine on my Cities Swat team and asked their ROE on a No Knock Warretn. They have to be FIRED UPON BEFORE RETURNING FIRE regardless of what weapon is displayed.
