The reality is that you invested entirely to much money into a truck. Don't get me wrong its nice, but not many people can use it now a days. The only person who would probably be able to run this truck would be someone with their own authority. Most companies won't even lease on a truck that old anymore.
I personally wouldn't even be selling this truck if I was you. After all the time and effort you invested, you ought to be driving it around and showing it off!outerspacehillbilly Thanks this. -
i think les has the right idea---if you want what you put in it--then its a keeper
i have never rebuilt a truck for myself(did a few for the company)---but i have done a lot of cars---as soon as you buy the parts--the price you paid has already gone down--and when they are on and used--you can count at least 50 % depreciation
but to get what you have put in it---never going to happen--if so--then i have a car --a 56 chev i will trade even for the truck if interested
dont get me wrong its a beautiful truck---save it and run it as your summer truck -
yeah, like I said, didnt think the truck would sell, just figured id see if any one was interested. truck will be going to a show next month; small local show, hope it does well.
You are Right Les, companies HATE old trucks, nobody would touch me with my 99 a few years ago when I was looking. kinda sad really.V8SuperDog and Les2 Thank this. -
Thats what makes it so hard to sell anything old but still worth something.

Hey Les2, just figured why he wants 80k for the 359, in another thread he posted, he posted pictures of he's 379 he rolled. So he needs the dough to fix it.
-
Oh Ok.
Can't blame a guy for trying. -
#### it dave, learn to freaking read! did you see this 359 listed as my truck? no! when you visited my profile you would hve noted that I have a 99 379 exhd and an 05 379X (yes there is a difference).

I did read, just find it odd you roll a truck on a straight road and your selling another for high dollar. Just observation. BTW, thanks for the compliment, shows your maturity.

he owned the truck in stock form and it was mint. Sold it to a guy who went out and laid it over in WY within a few months. He bought it back from the insurance co and restored it. It's a very mild custom build. most of it's stock but it's been updated
