    I see a TMC truck parked locally when hes on reset in a chained in storage area but can never catch him before hes gone again!

    Just OFF I-99 # Exit # 23

    Did you try calling TMC and asking if they had freight in the area? They could always lie to you but I would ask them for a few names of companies and do some research from there. Talk to some drivers at a rest area or TS near you.
