The adventures of 'Team Klingon'

I have to give kudos to our DM - didn't think she was going to get us here - but she did.. Thank you!! She even got us to Vegas the day we requested - true later than we wanted - but compared to some, she did GREAT!!

 

Ain't that the truth!! LOL

 

Well the time in Vegas was fun - but its good to be home too. Strange how this truck feels like 'home' now. Well maybe not so strange - we do live in it. We were heading to Brea CA, but a 'call' went out for a team to repower a load to MI - it had a bunch more miles on it than our load did, so we jumped up and waved our hands... so now we are on our way to Detroit MI

Got some ox tails cooking in the lunchbox oven w/spices and some canned tomatoes - going to add some lentils in later to thicken it up. MAN is it smelling good!!

Well off to take a nap (Gary is driving)... type talk later...

 

I sure do wish that Hershey's in PA would be able to load a trailer right the first time. I don't think we have picked a trailer up out of there and had it right the first time yet... AND the fricken scale is 7 miles away!! Oh and there was a major rain storm last night and our GPS gave us the scenic tour - bless my husband though - he stayed up during his 'sleep' time and helped me find my way, slide tandems and got me 'legal'... I am so very glad I am not a solo driver!!
