Tim Hortons Sees U.S. as Prime Growth Opportunity

I feel sorry for those who have never had Tim Hortons. Puts all your Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts to shame. A nice cup of coffee before a 6 AM hockey game, or in the middle of the afternoon, and always fresh.

Their donuts are good too

 

I take Tim's over Starbucks, Dunkin', McDonald's, etc. everyday. I'm glad there is one outside my FedEx Ground terminal in Columbus.

 

Tim Hortons has gone steadily downhill ever since it got bought by the same company that owns Wendy's, $1.60 for a large coffee ... yeah right I make better coffee at home. I actually prefer Country Style now if I have to get a coffee while I'm out.

 

Would not worry about what I was missing.

I do not eat donuts and do not drink coffee.

 

Tim Horton's has pulled out of many New England areas...tah-tah T.H....

coffee was NOT the best i ever had, compared to McDonalds (using Paul Newman's blend) or Dunkin Donuts...Honey Dew Donuts ( New England co.) has better coffee than T.H. could ever have as well.

the donuts from T.H. were small, much like the size of a hockey puck...maybe being a canadian company, they thought we'd like hockey puck sized donuts..???

whatever, i hope they stay the hell out, they were NOT that good, let alone great.

 

They might have changed the recipe but the muffins used to have the same amount of calories as a Big Mac.

 

once you start drinking timmies it can be pretty addicting for some reason--i like it---and pilot coffee is very good as well
