Well to understand why he had a license, one it's illinois namely the Chicago area which is controlled by the loon squad. This shouldn't have had a cdl much less a drivers license of any kind but the liberals feel that foreigners are entitled to anything they want when they want. The liberals give licenses out I return for votes.
