Nope...as a newbie, he would get only .28 a mile to start.
But they offer some great bonuses (on time delivary/pick-up) for our Bay Area drivers, new or not.
Unloading is not a big issue, it usually involves multiple stops. Unless it's something you don't want to do. It can easily bring a small check to a substiantial size
