My miles are great! Only about 100/day at $190/day. But I work on base....:biggrin_255:

Seriously are you talking about the HH division (heavy haul) or open hauling? I got out of swift about 1.5 years ago but the HH miles were not bad. I averaged about 450 a day, 6 days a week, home for a 34.

Pay: (unless they updated) Run a google search for "Swift sliding pay scale"

    start .26/mile
    3 mo .27/mile
    4 mo .29/mile
    6 mo .31/mile
    9 mo .32/mile
    1 yr .33/mile

This assumes the run is 300+ miles. Less than 300 is a sliding scale which pays pretty well but you have more load/unloading (unpaid) time. HH lives in the sliding scale and gets a .01 bonus for being heavy. Also, you rarely sit. HH grabs a lot of the lighter regional runs too.

    Hope that helps.

Just wondering, but how long and where does Swift have its Orientation? For those of us in the Seattle area?
