to new drivers, and don't offer incentive for older drivers to stay other than dedicated accounts, which aren't worth waiting for if they're not approaching union wages(.55 cents/mi). You want to know without a doubt how conway, jb hunt, or another corporation makes money? Buy a share of stock, and read their books, which must be released to stockholders every year.
