Im not your brother, and this topic has nothing to do with bad trucking companies. Is it possible they benefit from turnover, yes. You'd also have to factor in that corporations pay dirt .30 cents/1.5 miles(thanks to HHG)
to new drivers, and don't offer incentive for older drivers to stay other than dedicated accounts, which aren't worth waiting for if they're not approaching union wages(.55 cents/mi). You want to know without a doubt how conway, jb hunt, or another corporation makes money? Buy a share of stock, and read their books, which must be released to stockholders every year.
