AJ Smith Transport Durant Oklahoma

Don't work for this man. The company is a small one that is in Durant, OK. Only about 4 trucks, this man has no clue about trucking. He does not know anything about recapping a log book or HOS. He lies to you, if he gets mad at you it is like dealing with a little kid. He wont talk to you from that point on, then he will find a way to make you quit. Doesn't have the guts to fire you or anything like that. His equipment is questionable at best, the truck I was to drive and did had a severally cracked windshield and when asked about it, one was on order and I guess it was on order two months later as well even though Freightliner in OKC and Dallas both said they had one in stock. His other driver that I talked to said he was having a pay issue with him as well. Lucky he didn't owe me anything. I left some stuff in the truck thinking I would go back out and it took almost 3 weeks to get my stuff back and then a couple of things where missing at that. Can't say he took them but the truck was under his control at the time.
