Better have all your ducks in a row if youre coming to FL. They are working pretty hard and dont appear to be slacking. The White Springs scale on I75 NB and SB is hard at it, Ocala scale isnt as bad, troopers like to work an area just south of Ocala(approx MM 339 IIRC). I always see 4wheelers pulled over there and not just one...but 3 or 4 and thats not an exaggeration.
    So...be careful in FL.

FDOT needs to go to Orlando and start cracking down on unsafe buses and drivers.

Don't speed through toll booths, there is a good chance you will have someone waiting for you on the other side.

About 1/5 of their fleet is in North East Florida (Nassau, Duval) and they total 55 officers in the state. I see more Department of Agriculture officers at the scales more than I see the FDOT.

Never used to be as heavy when I used to go through heavy in 06 and somewhat in 08'. Has there been a upswing in legislature or something that has them working so hard to nail us?

It's time for their phony "We're gonna do our job for 3 days"crap.

Just wish they would do their #### job the other 362 days a year!

You apparently don't see to much, I run the pan handle alot and they're as thick as fleas over there. I saw them on 231 one day, pull into a closed service station and set up portable scales with 6 cars.

Until I can walk through any decent sized truck stop and not see at least three OOS violations, or every time they do one of the "blitzes" and get a 20% or better OOS rate I will maintain they are not doing their #### job enough.

Until violations have teeth (CSA is a small step to actually removing some of the 25%) we will continue to see subpar drivers and equipment cause damage and take lives.

231 hell if you can't catch a stick truck, seed hauler, or peanuts for gross overweight (100,000+) you aint paying attention. And the reason all those boy's run through there like that? They friggin know only on certain days do those donut munching, pud pulling, lard butted goobers do their #### job! And the howls will be heard all the way from Enterprise to Dixie County allerting the boys to take a day off.

The proof is right here in this thread. What is it's basis? Look out they woke up in Florida!

Next week we will hear of theirr great success in issuing tickets and OOS orders five to ten times above average. And no one will see the glaring omission. If you caught that many why don't you every #### day. Oh right they wait until there is a blitz to roll their crap on the road:biggrin_25510::biggrin_2554:

Yeah right. Simple truth is they finally did their #### job and now have to take the next 362 days off to recover:biggrin_25513:
