Was out on the road with this company not even 24 hrs when truck broke down and I had to get tow truck to tow to a garage that finally fixed it after 4 days. During that time I had to pay for a motel due to garage not allowing me to sleep in cab. Only way I finally got truck back is garage threatened to keep truck if bill not paid that day. I got no layover, dentention or break down pay. Every time you try to buy gas with their prepaid gas card you are only allowed to buy 50.00 worth. And that is after you sit there after card has been denied, you have to call office and wait til they have time to go put 50.00 on card. I've waited for 7 hrs already for gas card to work. Several times I had to use my own card. I told them after 2 weeks of this #### that I could not work for them and I wanted them to find me a load bringing me back near the office (they have no terminal); and they kept sending me out further and further west. Finally I drove truck back after being out for 4 weeks (they say you will only be out 2 weeks) and asked for my pay and was told since I came back without delivering the last load of paper in JAX, FL they wer not going to pay me. The load didn't have to be delivered for another 3 days. You get no layover, detention or break down pay and the time frame between loads is usually about 4 days of nothing til they find a load for you. During this time you get paid nothing. BEWARE, you will not paid!!!!!

Non union truckload freight is what it is....a 'coolie job'. Some employers are slightly better than others but most are 'bottom feeders'.

    Too much capacity>not enough freight>low pay>crap treatment.

I would put a hold on how much "Gas" you could put in my truck too, I'm suprised they let you put $50 dollars worth of "Gas" in their trucks at any given time, that could really mess up their DIESEL engines. I hate it for you that you got screwed, but speak with experience. FUEL driver, FUEL.............That's what you put in a big truck, Diesel to be exact.

I experienced working for them about a few months back.Had exact experience and had to go to labor board for them to pay.Eventually got payed but not what was expected.Labor board can only make them pay min-wage a day.Received a $500 paycheck when it should have been $1300.They are based in
jacksonville,fl.They run their operation out of their warehouse called ROYAL FOAM which is a manufactor of housing accessories, they had just started the
    trucking dept when i started.

Seems to me there more a freight brokers than a trucking company.Sounds odd but I have heard of few freight brokers companies with own trucks. If this is true, they are brokers and not a trucking company.Working direct for brokers is worst thing to ever do.It said they only have 12 employees and 12 power units(trucks I guest).

My husband working for this company 6 month and he never get problems with payments, trucks, advances in case he may need it! :biggrin_25525:
This is a sisters company running with the same Boss. And I have pleasure to speak with Him, really great Man! He know how to make money and how to run business.
Since this company open(year something ago) , as far as I know, it was just several trucks. but look what's right now: they have more then 20 trucks and 15 on the road, other about 5, will be on the road shortly(like my husband say).
So they have a big progress since they start working! How do you think?:biggrin_2556:

I think that maybe they have some problems.. They are young company.. They just start doing well. But we never have bed opinion on this company! Every time you need something: they will trying to help you as they can even in 3 a.m morning!

Also I heard that they really need OTR drivers, so in case someone interested you can get more information from their web page.

In result, I guarantee this company for every driver which really wants to make money!

My husband and I are really happy to work with such a good people! :biggrin_25519::biggrin_25519:
