CRETE - A Year in Review

I have sat through 2 34hr resets the past 2 weekends. Once because customer didn't receive over a weekend and second customer doesn't ship over weekend. Be cool if I was home. Now am in Stockton waiting to get loaded later and go to LA. My AC doesn't work and it is 85. TOOOO HOT. I was enjoying our protracted spring.

 

Just wondering does Crete trucks have any kind of extras sat radio etc?

 

No extras. FYI, living in the area you do, I would suggest talking to Con-Way drivers. You will probably get better home time with them. However, if home time is not a concern and making $$$ is, then Crete may work for you. I'm an O/O and live in San Antonio, inorder to make good $$$ I stay out 3-6 weeks at a time. This time frame also coincides with the length of time I was told I would be out due to the area I live in.

Thx JD yea was told 21 days out at a time. I did take a look at conway and crete pays better but been told conway has better miles so... Idk just crete was my first choice and which is why i chose the school i did and the school thinks highly of crete.

Yes. I have a synopsis of the first four months already there. Will put May's numbers up when I get them later this month.

 

I'm not sure Con-Way has better miles. But Crete does pay better. So if you are ok with being out 3-6 weeks I think Crete could be a good fit for you.
