    yes, most companies/ insurance companies want 5+ states or 10+ states so 11 will cover that.

    Part time will count too, but remember if you only log 60,000 miles a year your only going to have 1/2 the experiance of a guy that did 120,000 a yr....

    some will ask most just want years, but my point is if your part time for a year you may not be top of the list for a job that requirers 1 yr of exp, allot of the big LTL companies ask how many miles you've driven.

    From what i was told by a few companies is that you need to run at least 3 different states for it to be considered otr. The western states help with the mtn experience also.
