Dillon Transport is the Absolut worst trucking co.

Real helpful post. The famous one line complaint. Are you talking about Dillon out of Ashland City,Tn.

 

or the asphalt tanks.

 

nobody said he had to be helpful, just an opinion.

I think he's talking bout the asphalt tanks . I got a friend that drives there he still does but did say they were a bunch of ???'s

But he seems to stay busy so I don't know ..

I think the Dillion in asphalt is on the Percentage Deal so the company drivers eat the deadhead .. I don't know much more about it than that it seems to be normal tanker stuff ... Load - unload - load - etc top load the product wash ever so often

But I think where the complaining is

1. Percentage vs Mileage on the company side
2. The non personable dispatch
3. Confusion
4. E-Logs ( which personally I would not have issue with I like them )

That describes about a million trucking company's. Most bigger carriers have a bad turnover this is nothing new.

I like how a newbie comes on here and their first post they are like "Hey Dude, ABZ Trucking is bad don't work their, they suck, gotta go." with no reason why they suck, what they do to treat their drivers bad, etc..............Just a short one liner and they are gone.

Maybe he communicated with dispatch and management the same way.
