Courts do forget. We tried getting info on my husband's criminal record before he started applying with companies because he had too many arrests to remember them all. Most of them had disappeared because things weren't computerized then and they didn't bother transferring that info once computers came along.

 

You should order a copy of your report from hireright. While the DAC won't matter as you haven't worked in trucking before, you will at least see the criminal record that companies will see when you are applying with them.
