If only the world was the way I imagined it in my head when I got that criminal justice degree. All of our problems would be solved. Turns out I was just idealistic and I got my bubble burst when I got the opportunity to see the real world.

Sorry don't do cliff notes. You should be reading the whole thing anyways considering it will be law soon. But hey then you can just say they never said anything and you did not get to put in your two cents.

See also in that notice is the notice on how to make a comment. Nope not gonna do your homework for you there either.

You know they make medication for your condition. But lets examine your example sans the paranoia.

GPS is only accurate to about the meter so inneffective to confine movements inside a moving #### truck that could be parked anywhere in the continental United States . But hey why let fact invade the psychosis.

You know like the fact you are not required to sleep or even have a sleeper.

Like I said check your meds or tin foil because one of them ain't working.

If your going to lie about someone you might want to ask for the facts first.

I do not support drug use. I do support individual choices that are of no concern to anyone but the individual doing it to themselves.

So driving under any influence is illegal as it should be. Most of you people have problems functioning stone sober.

Baby sitting? Well that would be between you and the parents but if you need your dope to deal with children maybe a career change?

And to be absolutely clear it is my belief if you use any drug(coke, pot, heroin, qualudes, Caffiene, Methamphetamines........) your an embicile who is better off eating a copper jacketed slug. It is a quicker result to the same end. But unless the idiot causes harm to another it is none of the thumpers business what the hell they do to themselves.

Now I know that you will still hold the belief you do. And that is fine, but at least your lie about my thoughts is exposed.

Your freedom ends at the point you ask to aprticipate in the use of public roads. It ends when the lives of my daughters, my parents, my wife rest on your decision.

It is that simple. Don't accept the conditions of your privelege feel free to turn it in.

Like I have said many time build your own #### road and conduct business upon it however you wish.

Hell it's in the first dang paragraph! Uncross your eyes maybe?

----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) proposes to amend the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) proposes to amend the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) to require certain motor carriers operating commercial motor vehicles(CMVs) in interstate commerce to use electronic on-board recorders (EOBRs) to document their drivers' hours of service (HOS). Under this proposal, al to document their drivers' hours of service (HOS). Under this proposal, all motor carriers currently required to maintain Records of Duty Status (RODS) for HOS recordkeeping would be required to use EOBRs to systematically and effectively monitor their drivers' compliance with HOS requirements. Additionally, this proposal sets forth the supporting documents that all motor carriers currently required to use RODS would still be required to obtain and keep, as required by section 113(a) of the Hazardous Materials Transportation Authorization Act (HMTAA). It explains, however, that although motor carriers subject to the proposed EOBR requirements would still need to retain some supporting documents, they would be relieved of the requirements to retain supporting documents to verify driving time. FMCSA also proposes to require all motor carriers--both RODS and timecard users--to systematically monitor their drivers' compliance with HOS requirements. Motor carriers would be given 3 years after the effective date of the final rule to comply with these requirements. FMCSA also proposes to require all motor carriers--both RODS and timecard users--to systematically monitor their drivers' compliance with HOS requirements. Motor carriers would be given 3 years after the effective date.

I despise people that tell others what I think. Pet peeve. She is hung up on the drug angle. I also believe the goober smoochers should be allowed to marry each other. Abortion is an effective population reduction tool(and believe me we need way less population), and all the government atrocities like the War of Northern Agression, Ruby Ridge, and Waco are prime examples of the mob using the power of government into places they have no business.

Public laws on public roads is one of the very fes areas a government is both justified and needed. It is simple logic that escapes people incapable of seeing the difference.

Perhaps you'll understand that I didn't read the link you posted AFTER MY POST... before I posted the post you replied to. In fact, I'm quite sure that several hours passed, and since I don't have ESPN... I can't read minds, predict the future, or know what I've read hours before I've read it.

Thought you had read it, and do actually apologize for the tact of my first post. I confused you with another poster that twice now has cited a law that was not a law.

The rule you are probably thinking of was the 2007 rule covering non-compliant carrier's. I did not look but the 10% violation rate rings a bell. I do not recall however any rule imposed by company size. Such would be attecked in a court before the ink dried under equal protection.
