Suppport Thread for the TND 500, TND 700 or future Rand McNally products.

When I called rand they just told me to double tap in the center of the screen tried and nothing
But I took it to the Wilco in Cottondale and they exchanged it no questions asked
THIS THING ROCKS all I have to do now is teach it how to drive and I can stay at home. Haven't played with it much but Loving it so far

 

I got a month out of this one, before it has died


Well I am getting a little concerned, I had some issues with it freezing up/crashing on me, Mark was able to get that sorted out with updates at the start of the month on the way home for some time off, so I did not have the chance to test it out, left home yesterday, and by afternoon today the power connection in the gps is failing...

I really appreciate the help Mark is providing, and am really getting to like the features, but if I cant get more then a month out of each unit its not much good to me...

I hope there is a solution to this....

This is the second power connection failure on 710's so far...

Mark will we b getting update with truck services for t5b. If so do u know when. Since last update under timers my avg. Speed doesn't wotk stays on 0.

 

the new update......so far so good. Wheres the mile markers the new version is supposed to have? Will try & play with it some more, but like what I've seen so far

And now if I hit get updates it does nothing , is there a fix

 

How did you get the new update ?

 

The TND Dock is disabled at this moment for all "C and E" models while they are doing some housekeeping to it. I'm sure Mark will report in when it is back up. There is no problem with your units.
