Well I've been out of the seat due to an injury in June this year. Actually pulled a load of cat litter out of Florida for Barnett with the last company I was with. that was between the seasons down there.....I was a reefer runner for a small outlaw outfit up here...LOL too bad they couldn't maintain their rigs.....blew out a nerve cluster at the base of my neck trying to dolly down a trailer ( air bags going bad). Waiting to get officially cleared to go back to driving if I can't find a local gig I just may look them up!! thanks for the positive posts!

Well its been a year now. I have quite enjoyed myself here and being able to work is a blessing on its own.
Many weeks were slow avg about 1200-1900mi and many were in the middle 2000-2500mi and quite a few were really really busy and tiring but worth it. 2600-3200mi.
I would say on avg I got about a 750 check after taxes. my best check over 1100 b4 deduc. and the small end was about 450 b4 taxes. Overall I believe I made close to 38k or 40k.
As this small but growing relations with the company I hope continues for many years.
Best of all the Lord is good and provides for my needs and shows His great blessings thru thick and thin.
Some days have been rather difficult with all that goes on, while others have been wonderful. Yet I know I can try my best to keep a positive outlook on life, not just in my work but also in the times at home and the moments of spending time with family along the way.

Yall have a fine evening and I'll continue to keep you updated best I can as the days continue.

    skinnytrucker Thanks this.

Well its been awhile, but I've been doing pretty well. Lots of miles and keeping busy. on avg. I would say about 2400 to 2600 miles each week.
Granted like other companies there a small things that make the job interesting but not much one can do.
Thru the year and half, Ive been excited to see what it will bring as time goes on.
I must say that I do attribute this small bit of success in life to the Lord and His provision as well His directing on all things happening.

Howdy folks. thought id update yu. now that the new year has arrived and 2mon from now to make a full 2yrs with Barnett it hasnt been to bad.

I ran just under 120k mi for the 2011 year and per the rate im at we use, ive made approx $41k for the year. At an avg 30k mi a quarter it has been a good year. some weeks were pretty bad most were well run and others really good. worst week about 1200 mi best week 3400mi. avg week about 2100 to 2600 mi.
Lowest paycheck @ 500 due to mileage and best paycheck over $1200.

Enjoy the new year and ill be updating every so often on my adventures.
