What does your health benefits cost and what is the 401K info and stuff like that? I tried looking online but it comes up saying that the page does not exist.

First year benefits are $18 a week after you get your 90 days but it doesnt cover crap so don't expect anything good until the employed for 15 months , pay progression is 5 years till topout , 401k is a joke company doesn't match,be prepared to work 12hr nights ,linehaul don't expect over time its nonexistant but you'll still work 60hr plus weeks. Also conway abuses 14hr rule and uses it to their advantage and send you out on a 6 hr round trip run after you just busted your ### on the dock for 7hrs breaking and loading trailers. Oh one more thing during the winter there's No heaters on the dock so be prepared to work in the cold with the dock doors closed.

Ill probally be attacked for my post but I step up at work and help all the new guys at work and I don't like to see someone BS'ed

You're not really wrong - it's just a matter of what you wanna do. It sucks being on the bottom of any LTL board. The only thing I'll correct is that they still contribute to the 401K. The standard contribution never stopped - so whether you contribute or not, they still contribute 3% to your account at the end of every quarter. I'm with you about the match though - we're making money now so I'd like to see the match of your percentage returned.
