    I think this guy will deserve what he gets from it.

    In my opinion, to have an accident while under the influence is akin to murder. The person behind the wheel knowingly did the drugs/drank the alcohol, and then got behind the wheel. To me, that is a PREVENTABLE accident. It could have been prevented with one simple NON action; DON'T drive. They very obviously did not care for the safety of themselves or others... oh H###, why am I explaining this to you all? You all probably think the same thing!
