    From my GPS unit today...
    13:55 total time
    11:02 Moving Time
    Total Miles driven 667.3

I left Wapakoneta, Oh (fuel/insp # 4am) and drove to Berea, Ky, had a one hour nap, drove to Ringold, Ga for lunch (one hour) delivered in Greater Atlanta (one hour) and I am now parked in Barnesville, Ga. The only sweat I broke was unloading...I had to unchain eq and drive it off.

Oh.....I don't know.......I DO fill my truck up every week anyway.

    About 600-1500 miles a week I reckon.

I don't get paid by the mile either.

When your on the road are you running 7 days a week , so running 600 miles a day would be equal to 4200 a week is that right.

    For a week, yeah.

You're not going to be able to do that perpetually though. 70hr/8day rule kinda interrupts that.

And to all you "you can make it work" guys with the comic books: a preemptive "Shut up, I'm talking legally."

E- logs let you roll out west- if you've got the determination to drive 11 hours without stopping in a 70 mph truck and conditions are good, you might make the 750 club. A lot of "Compliance" people believe it can't be done.

Dave, I think he said log it like you drove it........unless it's illegal and then you have to fudge. Does that make more sense?

Many drivers are driving 2-7 miles over the speed limit unless they are nuetered. So if they ain't fudging....hahahaha. It's best to log 3 under the average speed limit. Then you maximize and look good at the same time. For a 65 mph truck, 62 mph, nobody will say a word. Unless you are on back roads and/or elogs. A 680 mile day is not uncommon. You drive across midnight long haul, it's possible to have a 800 mile day. It would be nice to drive consistant miles. If you graphed my daily mileage, it would look like a roller coaster.
