Looks like a preventable,
hope everyone is OK. -
Going too fast for the ramp. Rollover accidents are 100% preventable when going down roadway. No excuses.
larryaz and simplyred1962 Thank this. -
"Police reported that the vehicle flipped over after heavy rolls of paper in the back shifted, knocking it off balance."
Why did the load shift in the first place? THAT is the cause of the rollover, not the shifting freight. It is an excuse that has been used by driver for years to get out of a chargeable accidents. The load shifted, it wasn't my fault. Bull-Butter!simplyred1962 Thanks this. -
load shifted' that's b.s because you are to make sure the load is sercured before you drive off. so i hope this driver get's what's coming to him.
larryaz Thanks this. -
At 12:32, while working on this incident, a car collided with the back of another car on I-81 southbound. The collision happened in front of the other incident, and state police handled it.

It takes a whole lot of force just to get the momentum of a roll to shift. But watch out when it does. He learned something today. Expensive lesson.

Hauling rolls of paper is not unlike pulling an unbaffled tanker.
Done both. -
They are for staring at and driving straight toward them.I_HATE_MINIVANS Thanks this.
