Con-Way Freight Question

Mine consisted of one of the drivers having me drive around the block then back in. That was it.

 

I do believe Freight now has some kind of agility test.

 

freight u do have an agility test, it consists of pulling and pushing a converter dolley, moving a 1000 drum on a skid(jus walking) and doing a step up step down thing with buckets in ur hands

now for the apprentice program, we had a skills test in which they were similar to the truck driving championships tests. my trainer won the states 2 yrs in a row so thats how he testest us

now for the regular road test, he took each one of us out for the day on his route, to c how well we can backup, drive, shift etc. thats how our terminal does it, cant answer for all of them tho
