Good morning all,
I am doing some research on what truckers in Ontario listen to on the road as you pass through or drive throughout the province.
What do you, the drivers, enjoy tuning into on the radio?
Thanks.

SiriusXM radio.

Sirius XM....never AM-FM radio.
-
Your research... working on a PhD?
-
Satellite radio unless I need local traffic. Local news means nothing to me unless I am at home so why would I listen to local radio...excepting traffic reports.
-
No, nothing that advanced. More like non-profit marketing; we need to find qualified truck drivers throughout Ontario but we have to find the right medium to get the most volunteers.

102.1 the edge from toronto because that morning show... cannot be beat.
However if i were to suggest stations, i know im an odd one out for even using am/fm as a driver but i know some older blokes do as well, and they like their 97.7, 107.9 rock stations playing old and new stuff, and for the really old timers that 95.3 playing super old stuff. But you would definitly probably be looking at day cabs local runners, D-Z drivers as ur main trucking listening base. -
Sat radio or books on CD, like said away from home I have no interest in local news/radio.
-
Sirius radio>Howard Stern but when iam coming through toronto always switch to 680am for the traffic.

Satellite radio. Usually the truck channel, roadhouse, bluegrass or oldtime radio classics
