Catch him and pull his kingpin, nah seriously get his company info and shoot a msg to your safety dept. Then call the sheriff, with any luck his logbook will be all out of sorts and he'll get numerous violations and loose his job.

I don't think I would involve the law. However, if he is so arrogant he doesn't check for damage or injury, I would certainly report him to the company. I can't believe some people. He had to know you were there.

You have to report this guy.

That would be very nice pay for layover and detention indeed. I know two large companies, one lowered their layover pay from $80/day to $60/day in early 2009, the other told me their layover pay is $8/day, all after the first 24 hrs. There is no incentive at all to keep the driver moving. The loser is the driver. I don't need 5 years of experience to know when I'm getting the shaft!

Report the dumbarse. Do everyone here a favor, there are enough dangerous people out there on the roads.
-
..and don't forget to count your blessings!

He didn't hit my trailer,so I would(like I have done many,many times before)mind my own business.
Minding your own business is a concept many need to grasp and quick!!
No your not going to call and report every speeder, every driver you see texting or riding with
a beer in their lap.
Justified Hypocrisy should be a recognized mental illness, plenty out here eat plumb up with it

He did hit my trailer...not directly ....things happen I understand this.
He's pissed and called me to say so. I told him if he would have his arse out the truck before or after I could understand and wouldn't have said a thing.....just plain laziness.Yup Thanks this. -
