Hitting the road tonight. Guess we are headed to jersey.

I can tell just from talking to him he is probably going to be a good one. He sounds older and seasoned lol. He told me already to keep his number in my cell because he doesn't ever consider training done and he's there if I ever need anything. Fingers crossed but I'm really excited now. My next post will be from the road somewhere.

Oh and pay attention to that little old lady two lanes over. She's gonna need that upcoming off ramp soon and hasn't figured it out yet.:biggrin_25523:

Take a small notebook for jotting down notes or observations that will come in handy at some point down the road. You may remember it today or tomorrow, but next month when you say, now what did he say about that, you will have it in your notes.

I bet you've got a great trainer there! Anyone who would make comments like that on first contact has a genuine interest in seeing that you succeed.

    what kind of seasoning..???

me personally, i seasoned an older steak with some garlic and rosemary and a dash of nutmeg...!!..:biggrin_25522:

best of luck, and be careful with the extra seasoning, you could ruin a perfectly good "older" steak....:biggrin_25523:

I'm with PAM. I got another thread started about my experience so far.

This trainer is very good. He made up a binder full of extra materiel for students with information on everything we will need to know to get the job done.

I got 226 miles in the first night, 100 of those miles he slept in the sleeper. I had to throw an ice tea jug at him to wake him up as we were entering the city lol.
