Yup, I think you missed part of the story:
I'd be on the horn about that one, too. Little scratches and scrapes are one thing. Pushing a trailer into another trailer, neither of which you are hooked to, and almost crushing a man in the process .....I guess that's just a minor mishap with company equipment to you.
It's a dang good thing our noob OP was paying attention. Because that venerated old hand certainly was not. -
"I try to get his attention"
I would have been throwing rocks, sticks, boards, anything I could to get his attention... to add kicking the hell out of the side of his truck.Yodler Thanks this. -
Ill back off the old breed. ..I just think that not all of us noobs fit into the NEW BREED category as I was being lumped into.
Just making a point and standing up for myself.
On to good news...seems that finding a job wont be tough. ..I can take my time and make a decision. If and when I decide to leave here. A classmate hooked me up and is doing very well where he is at (flatbed) or wait a few weeks and get on with another local Otr in which I did my due dilligence in checking out. -
No I got it first go,
I also know how drivers "expound" on reality
You lemmings heard but one side of an incident and flocked with flowers in hand.
My gut told me different,I still believe different
Yodler Thanks this. -
Of course his story is different. ..he's covering hind parts.
Believe what you will...I'm on on here to find ways to improve my skill set, ask questions and learn my new profession. I'm not here to impress anyone.
