check your heat control valve/control slider to see if its broke or the cables moving the valve lever outside in the engine area -heat may be on-also check the a/c lines coming into the cab from the engine area and see if ones really cold and you should be good if not see if the a/c compressor is cycling on and off say every 5 seconds if it is your low on freon and you have a leak-if the line is cold coming into the cab you may have a stuck heater control valve-you could manually remove cable and close valve by hand-be careful because it will be hot=hope that helps.

Is this an air flow problem, or air temp problem?
-
I have a 2007 W900. A pen fell through the vent and blocked the doors from closing. This caused the air flow to almost stop.

You have the wires on the motor hooked up backwards.Friend of mine replaced his motor last week with same problem. He thought i was crazy, but when he changed his wires around problem solved.

If the above does not help, and it only does this on high but on medium the flow is normal, check if there is a "blower high relay". This connects the fan right to the power source for high, so that all the juice does not have to flow through the itty bitty fan speed switch. If there is no relay, see if the switch is burnt.

After i read ur first post again i wonder. If this was the reason to start with then it could be the fan speed resistor has gone bad.

What year is this? Do newer KW use pulse width modulated fans?

A lot of good advice already. My blower motor quit the other day. When I replaced it one of the fan wheels was on backwards. Look for the direction arrows and make sure they turn the correct way. The new motor had a direction arrow on it also. I cleaned all the dust out and it will almost blow your hat off now. Hope this helps

I have a 2007 Century and my A/C went out about 5 days ago. It would only work when I was idling now it doesn't even work then.
Now last night my hi-beams don't work and my radio went out. All the fuses look good and I checked the battery connections. Is there some other place I should check?
Thanks in advance for the advice.
