Depends did you go to a SAP, follow the recommendations and have a return to duty certificate?

Some companies only ask for failed tests in the last 3 years, some say EVER.

Your not dead in the water but your choices are slim, the biggest problem will be no experience in the last three years, not the failed drug test.
