    Straight truck,I also got another driver I been in talks with to team up with me.I'm clear he almost clear Panther is just waiting for the back ground checks to come in.

    Yes and haven't gotten any calls!I think its because I live in Florida.I found someone who wants to team up with me and he just waiting for Panther to approve him,any day now.Way the recruiter at Panther made it sound,he may be able to give us few owners name and number to call.I know most fleet owners prefer teams over solo's,so I hope being added as a team,we will get more calls.

    So I have a minor update. Looks like Im not going to Panther as it turns out. Im not going to mention names quite yet, but I got a better offer with a smaller company. And from what i've seen from most of the veterans, if I can get hired in with a smaller company, I should jump at that chance. And thats what Im going to do.
