I just did an "in-transit" last week, so this can't be entirely true. I did hear the same thing from another driver at the Gary terminal, so either the rumor is spreading or there is some element of truth to it. Maybe a new policy that hasnt started yet? Im curious to see if it does come true. I personally think it would be more cost effective to run the tolls rather than pay the bridge tolls on both sides, customs fee, $50 driver bonus, etc... Has anyone else heard anything about this?
