I live in Germany for many years still have children over there...their trucks made by Benz and all but still ugly due to the road are very small(town, city) so they look like buses

This is one of the biggest cranes in Holland mounted on a truck.
It's 40 meters high. That's about 120 feet is'nt?
This is it when it's folded together.

I don't know it's hiab or palfinger. And yes they pull drawbars.
The last axle of this drawbar steers a little bit.

When I started, I drove a Volvo vnl 670. did not care for it but I drive it. It is their truck and the one I was assigned. I was assigned a 379 Peter bilt just of a year later, Love that truck except for the C15 MBN cat motor. I had the head go bad on the cat last year and had to drive a newer Volvo for about a week. It was an ok truck and all but it was too big in the driving area. No place to put my thermos in easy reach. The passenger seat was more then an arms reach away. Had to leave it rolling around onthe floor. All the plastic inside squeeked and rattled. One of the latches on a door in the sleeper was broken so there was a tarp strap holding it shut. It had a tall condo style sleeper on it that made it terrible in the wind, it would rock and roll all day long in a side wind. I hated that truck.
