Suppport Thread for the TND 500, TND 700 or future Rand McNally products.

Overall I like features that were added with the update. Two issues though, first being the smaller and harder to read current speed that others have mentioned. Go back to the previous style ... please!

Second, on multi stop trips now the mileage log is only recording the first leg of the trip. I discovered this at the end of the day when I went to view my per state mileage to enter on my daily trip report. After two or three days i was able to confirm only the first leg was recorded. The mileage log is a feature I count on using daily, and I've spoken with two other people having the same problem.

 

Thanks for the link but I didn't ask where to buy the maps. I asked how old are they. I'm not spending 80 buck for maps that are 6 months or less from a annual update.

How often and at what times are the maps updated?

If you spell out the name it appears after you enter the letter c

 

How in the hell else would I get the name entered, besides typing it in? Are you thinking im just staring at the #### thing and "WILLING" the city name into the GPS and it'll take through osmosis?
