A bunch of our trucks had stuff stolen out of them while parked on the fenced yard this weekend too. They think they had a key for the trucks, maybe an ex employee.

You may find they stole the truck to use to steal other trailers. Pickles is not really a hot commodity to steal.

    But it sure does SUCK!

I hate thieves. With every fiber of my being, I hate them. I think you should find them, then grind them into paste between two huge slabs of concrete. Matter of fact, I have a LOT of creative ways to "dispatch" a thief. I'd post them all here but I don't want any attention from the FBI.

Hate them...... want them all dead.... bleeding out slowly in pain...

IS there some gps system an o/o can buy and install in his or her truck?
IN a case like this it would be very helpful.
If I am away from my truck in a parking lot not owned by my work.....I personally always pull certain fuses, and discount certain electrical plugs so my truck don't move with out a wrecker. Call me paranoid. But I worry all the time.

    Good luck with this.....

There is. Last time I was in San Diego, I noticed a lot of cross-border trucks with this decal on the side: "Truck equipped with GPS tracking system. Driver does not know its location or how it functios."

Also, in more populated areas, Lo-Jack can be handy in recovering stolen equipment. It costs around $800 to have installed. Yes, there is a reason I know this number.

Good luck in getting your stuff back. I can't imagine what anyone would do with 45K of pickles. Don't think I want to know. A picture and tag number might help, although I'm sure the tag has been changed already. Dang, I hate hearing stuff like this.
