Hi all, I am currently in cdl school and have pre-hires from several different companies. I have a pre-hire from werner and was told by the recruiter that because of where I live, there are a ton of positions available for me.
One is the Budweiser account out of Columbus. I was told I would be home every night and weekends and would get about 400 miles a day, at 33cents per mile to start.
If anyone is on this route or can give me any info I would appreciate it.
Any Info on the Columbus Ohio Budweiser Account??

I doubt you'd be put on that account right off the bat. From what I understand they have waiting lists for those accounts.
Also keep in mind that recruits get paid to blow smoke. -
are you saying the recruiter lied to me????? NO WAY!!!!
-
Well it sounded like you didn't understand that the recruiters are snakes so I was just trying to help.

werner is famous for promising an account and then changeing their mind after orientation.....

I have heard this, but I just want info on this account, hours, pay, miles, because although I may not get this position right away, if it's a good deal, I would be willing to suck up the crappy otr time till I get it, if I decide to go with werner.

AB out of columbus is pretty decent it took me a year on the wait list to get on this account but it was worth it. Im making 32 now. As for being home every night im not. Unless you live close enough too the brewery to get on the day cab division. Im out six one week five the next so its not to bad. Alot better then over the road.

Thanks for the info, I live about 15-20mins from the brewery, so I think I would be able to get on the day cab division......now I have some things to think about LOL.
