So much for all the complaining about not cutting the defense budget. It's still taking people out of paying jobs and putting them on unemployment. At least until that runs out. Brilliant solution.

I believe the Navy "cycles" around 10,000 sailors a year....
does this mean they just won't take on the 3,000 new sailors?
