Ran into Harleyman today, lol He knows what a crap day I was having I came close to saying get a bottle of Beam, a Hotel room and just get tore up.
But then Reality settled in and WHAM I am back at a stinking chicken plant.

MGT you asked about the Brokered loads I am curious as to what difference it makes, with the New Operations system YOU will not Deal with the Broker, We keep moving that is all that should really matter, If you are worried about dealing with CH Robinson not an issue. We haul a lot of our own freight some driver haul more than others, and so on It depends on many factors, your DM, where you are and who the LD Planner is.

As for Weight pulled My Truck Full of fuel and the reefer I gross out at 33,460 Hauling anything more than 44,500 or 45,000 here is VERY rare. Only once have I had a load of 45k and That was a Soda load out of Mass. Will not ever haul that garbage again as there were issues in the Office with the load. I had no problems at all.

    Harley,
I just talked to my other Buddy this AM he Got his NEW KW yesterday and he also has a 10 speed all the 8-9 speeds are out on the road all the new ones have 10 speeds in them. I have no clue why but I think When I am in Greeley on Tuesday I am supposed to talk about getting one. I think I will avoid the conversation about a new truck. Although I must say you have a ton of storage space and that is nice, but I would like to wait to get a new truck until after my B Day cause I think I am getting a flat screen TV, which I would put in the KW not in the beat your kidneys out PETE.

    mgt1085 Thanks this.

Well Safety tried to dicatate and make 8 week training (last 2 weeks running teams) Manditory instead of the old 6 week program where the trainer had the descretion to sign someone off when they were ready to solo. So the trainers decided to take a few weeks off from training, I'm not a trainer , just waiting for one due to no DAC report on my short-haul experience. They only have 30 ish official trainers although I spoke to many Drivers who trained elsewhere and have not done the Official JBS training program. Would love to hear from the trainers though!

I just had a few other simple questions. how much do they pay you if you lumper the truck yourself, do they use comdata, and do you get paid using trip paks or do u scan. thanks

Well driley don't know why you would want to unload in a cold warehouse. But the warehouses I've been to just give you a price and tell you to go wait.
I say that works for me, They use comdata and you use transflo scanning.
