Well, since no one answered my question, my advice to you is pedal to the floor and after fueling or making a stop, don't get on the interstate heading in the opposite direction and wait 10 miles before noticing.

Agreed... 65mph can fix a lot of oversights - if you put the hammer down soon enough! Otherwise fess up to dispatch now - you don't want a service failure.
