    Do not waste your time signing on with these guys, I did, I am never payed for the loads I pull, and their book keeping department when called has no idea as to what is going on, they will tell you that up front, they run you till you have no hours, then call you for another load, they never let you get your ten before calling for another load, this is a very bad company, from when I started 2 months ago they have gone thru 2 termianl managers? and the only answer you get is, I dont know?
    Their are many good companies in South Texas hauling sand, TRANSWOOD IS NOT ONE OF THEM. this is from an owner oper. soon to gone form the likes of this trash. This is the Transwood, Alice terminal.

    I was wanting to know if u know anything about transwood in houston?Im a o/o and dont have my own trailer so im kinda limited on where i can work because all the good companys are out of the trailers.Do you know about how transwood pays because i cant get a strait answer from anyone there.

    They DO have a website.......dig deep into the website for some good info.

    Alice terminal of Transwood reportedly sucks pretty bad.......Try to get to Midlothian.

    I know some of the guys there....most are happy there.....they weren't happy in Alice.

    You would think after the beating you took at Trout you would listen to the OP about this company! But it seems that what he wrote isn't getting to where you can figure out that you just might be trying the same thing but different company!

    You know the saying "same poo poo different day" Sounds like what he's warning you about!

    William Brownfeather hit it on the head. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
    You must of hired on the same time I did. They just terminated my lease because my driver slid in the mud at Shell P and bent the bumper on my truck. No damage to the item he hit other than a scratch. Shell Safety Manager said it was not his fault. Bit Transwood not only terminated him.....they terminated my lease also. I was completely shocked.........I sat there in the office and asked them over and over for 20 minutes if they was kidding. But they was not.
    I am 55 years old, been gainfully employeed (paying in social security and filing taxes) since I was 15 years old. NEVER ONCE till now have I been FIRED from a job.
