At E.W. Wylie it is mandatory at 6cpm, I didn't know about it till I was in orientation.

    At Werner it was voluntary

At CRST it was mandatory and they charged you a 2cpm fee

At JBS it is mandatory but no fee

    Hi Ronin,

I just joined this forum/board today. I'm going thru a WC claim in TN, work injury, with issues related to TTD and per diem. Just curious if your in a similar boat.

I disagree, as an ex employee , per diem was/is mandatory. 14cpm is max alllowed by fed law(i think, if its higher than that wylie would have done that also). I have 3 years of stubs to prove 14cpm is what they pay in per diem.
