dont be to excited...they aint all THAT just another trucking co. they have nice trucks an good cheap health insurance..besides that not much different than any other co. there is alot of building them up on this thread tho
-
Come on Driver! let him be excited!
He is escaping from Werner, wouldn't you be excited too?
It's true that no company is all that but in my personal experience having worked for Werner and CRST, JBS is like heaven compared to those two!driley2588 Thanks this. -
lol.... yeah you gotta point there dude !
-
Yes anything has to be better then werner. I've been here two years and only get paid 28 cpm plus they do way to many runs where you just drop it at a yard and another driver takes it rest of the way. The runs are only 250 mile average. I got accepted to conway also which they sounded like a really good company also but I figure is take my chances with jbs over conway.
-
i drove for werner 10 years ago the old man was running it then it wasnt that bad then when the sons took over i heard it went to crap.. i also was accepted by conway an jbs when i was lookn for a change.. i also chose jbs didnt wanna do the canada an hazmat deal... jbs is ok .. they all gonna disapoint ya from time to time, thats all i meant
-
anybody kno how early you can get in safeway in denver i havent been there in years ? an how ya get there from 70 west go to the pilot u turn get on 70 then immediatly back off ?
-
Lol no man ur cool I took no offense to that. I don't mind going to Canada I actually like it. Jbs just seem to pay better with nicer equipment. And all drivers I talk to seem to be getting more miles then the conway drivers I talked to
-
yeah i was getn abou 3500 miles a week that has fallen the last 2 weeks. my 2nd week with jbs i did a cactus tx to philly, and then philly to los angeles, that rocks, i hate short trips
-
Don't think you go down as far as the Pilot but been awhile. You do have the right idea tho. Keep an eye for it on your left, take the next xt, u turn, get back on, then get back off and look real dang sharp for your turn. Don't think its that far from the xt. I got there an hr early and was leaving about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs after that. Like places that are quick and good like that.
Had to do a C&S in Greenville, SC today. 6.25 hrs later...... finally get to leave. Told the rcving clerk "congradulations" you have won 2nd place in how long you've kept a drvr here. Got a dirty look from him. Oh well, made sure I had my paper work 1st tho. *snickers*Jarhed1964, wulfman75 and Scooby379 Thank this.
