3-6 weeks all depends, most expedited companies required you to run 70%/month or 21 days min. Some owners required there drivers to be out min,of 4 weeks before you can come home.

Well I am a Panther owner I have 2 Trucks right now putting third on in 2 weeks if team approved by panther. I am also looking for 3 more teams to buy trucks for. Now these are tractors not straight trucks but I am will to share the sign on bonus that panther offers for new trucks to be added. So if there are any teams out there looking for new ride just drop me a line and I will get you set up.

Problem working for Panther is finding an honest owner to work for
-
Well the base rate is what Panther starts out new owners at and with a little research you can find owners with older contracts at much higher rates. contact me personaly for more details
-
I send you a pm.
-
Well as for today i'm still looking for a straight truck to drive. If any owners out there lease with Panther and looking for a team, drop me an pm.My teammate and I prefer 40/60 where owner pays fuel but at this time we are open to 60/40 where we pay fuel. Also if you need a co-driver base in the north east i.e PA/NJ/DE/MD/VA areas,i'm from PA and will relocate back to PA if I can team up with someone up north east.

Still loving me some Panther action. Bought a straight truck and am looking to add a tractor in the next 3-4 months. Bigarmin88 - I see your still looking for SOMEONE to drive for at Panther - offered you a spot and you declined...sheet or get off the pot bro
wolfen Thanks this. -
WTF ???? The T/T rate was $1.60 a mile when I was there in 2001. !!!
-
Thans the way it was when I was there nearly ten years ago, but the loaded mile was paying 1.60. I could never figure out what the employees did all day that worked in backhaul. I went to dallas TX twice and they let me sit both times for two full days each. One time I went into Princeton , NJ to pick up a jet engine. The next day, (Friday) I realized that the shipper requested a 102" wide trailer, which I didnt have hooked to my truck, so I had to deadhead back to Ohio, since there was no loads at the time. Needless to say, the dispatcher didnt bother to check the trailer number I was pulling to see its dimensions. I could go on and on, but Im not going to bother. Unless you are a team with alot of expediting experience, dont bother with Panther. You will sit at truckstops going insane waiting on a load.
