    Just curious about if anyone has had any problems transferring their cdl license over to New York after getting it in Wisconsin?

    All I know is in the city you have to wait 6 months before you transfer it ...:biggrin_25516: smh...

    So if we have to wait 6 months, how are we able to drive if the permit is only good for 3 months?

    It was one trip and painless to transfer my license........NY coil endorsement on the other hand was two trips......that test is rough

    There is a seperate online course for coil in nys. Its an endorsement test. You go to the dmv and take the test for the coil endorsement.
