That was my biggest problem. If they could fix that and turn on the rest of the features of the unit it would be a great tool. It they continue to use it just for basic communication and e-logs, I think it was a huge waste of money when it could be so much more...
-
If it's set up like Peoplenet turning on the extra features costs extra $$.
-
I know it does... Cost extra money, but why would you by a Cadaillac, when a Cruze would do the job just fine??? There were units that were less expensive that would have done what they are doing now.

I got nothing? I'm with ya there use the tech you got. Tools are there to make life easier. So they're likr the opposite of your FM

I don't know about that... Adam and Dave were always very helpful, and who can forget the most helpful person of all, Herb... So you see the people at the other end of the phone are helpful...

Hello,
great site been reading and taking in as much as I can. I will be in Gary for orientation on July 25. This site has been great for info and experiences so please keep on writing them. One question, and I am sorry if it has been covered but what kind of equipment are we working with now. I hear the company is great but what kind of tractors are you guys driving out there. I am a car guy so any description is nice and details or pics. Thanks guys and will be seeing some of you soon. -
They have a little bit of everything, but mostly Frieghtliners, and Internationals. They are updating the fleet a little bit at a time. Good Luck.

One week of school left, at local driving institute. Hoping to catch on with Roehl. They are beginning to process my paperwork and, if all goes well, I'll have to go for a DOT screening pretty soon.
Can anybody share (or point to where I can go) their orientation experieinces and time with their driver trainer? -
If you are going into flatbeds you will go to Gary, IN if vans or reefers you go to Wisconsin. That is all I know so far, oh and that I was going to travel by grey hound with a different company but I get to drive a rental down for roehl.
