I have been working for National Refrigerated for a while, and I haven't have any bad experiences with them, always got payed on time, and was treated with a whole lot of respect. Maybe things have changed since you've worked with them, but I haven't had any run ins like yours. I am very happy with the company and I feel that I am treated like a person not "229" (a number). :yes2557:

Manny: If you aren't getting any hits off of Craigs List have you gone to the state employment system? I sit all day and read employment ads from CL and a lot of them I check out are not anything I would go to with a pitbull with aids on a leash with me! Many drivers have just stopped even looking or answering any CL ads.
With the state all of those guys have filled out their "resume" and if applying for a CDL job they have all the info you might want to see without the BS of what comes in off of CL! I know as I did a little recruiting and listed on CL and got many time wasting morons on CL. I mean people who have no idea how to open the door of a truck or even knows what a CDL is to those who know but have nothing else to do with their welfare and disabled filled days BUT to waste your time! At least with the states site you get actual drivers from your area and not from BFE! The good thing is if you get certain qualified applicants you might be in line for an extra amount of funding for picking up someone off the files who was disabled and returning to work or handicapped who will be legal for the job. It's all left up to you if you want to go that way!

    Good Luck!

It wasn't until I looked at this and then went back to the start date of this thread all 6 of his posts have been in the last now 10 hours! BUT he's been there for either 23 loads OR 1 year which puts him there when Manny was there but actually a little longer!

BUT as with all first time posters as we'll call DNR because they are all within an hour of each other in the same thread and saying only the same thing of the company in question , his length of time there or the number of loads which IF he did nothing but 1 load coast to coast a week with 1 day off just about adds up but as most of us know from experience we all know spin and a company puke when we see it and when we say company puke we mean a desk jock!

We'll let a little more rope off the reel and see what happens!

Nanny? Good luck with the new hire but I would be REAL careful if this is an actual, as someone posted, Russian company! They do NOT play nice when pi ss ed off!

    DNRTRUCKING Thanks this.

I just created this account because I've never used a trucking forum before, and thought it would be a good idea. I'm not a company puke, it isn't a russian company, the owner is as American as you and I Rollover. When I created the account I thought I would be able to check what people are saying about the company that I work for, and I am defending them because I haven't been mistreated. It's a large company and I might of been there at the same time as Manny, but there is a good chance that I probably never met him, as I said earlier I spend most of my time on the road. Everyones got bills to pay, but thanks for the warm welcome, always much appreciated.

So let's see here.....an owner operator that uses "gas" to operate his truck. Wording is key....I think this guy is full of it. What brand of truck would this be sir?

...and I have someone calling me a fake...hilarious. The only fake is the person that created this post, who uses gas for his tractor...giving a perfectly normal company a bad name.
