I left SNI in February '07 because of a lack of miles. Stayed out 4 weeks at a time just so I could keep my weekly average above 2200.
-
I was there for 1 1/2 years, nothing SNI did made me leave, it was other reasons they had nothing to do with.
-
I would say hometime. Other than that most of your reasons are going to be the same at any other mega-carrier.

Haven't worked for them but via the grapevine I've heard money and once getting into California it's hard to get out. Met a person with his own truck that said he was switching to them after another BIG company told him to eat some damage after another driver backied into him in a truck stop.

the other driver wasn't a pumpkin driver was they ? LOL

I just left them last week, there wasn't any one big reason. Miles was on top of the list, always running in the east another and when you drop your load on a Saturday you can almost plan on sitting till Sunday afternoon. On the plus side, I always knew my truck was in good shape, whenever I had any problems it was fixed without any problems.
Now I am with a small company, run dedicated lanes to the west coast and home every weekend. -
Do they have part time for scneider

They have what's called a "FlexFleet" that can be part time. It's up to you and another driver how you run.
