Was up in New York twice this week. The second time was to Baldwin on Long Island. Getting in at 0530 was easy. Getting out @ 1030 was a different story. Had to run down to Frederick Ma and I almost did not make it by 1800. Two other Mavericks truck just missed it. Not sure if they were in the same traffic Jam as I was.

my student and i were at tamko in frederick, md monday afternoon to evening as well. The friggin line was out to the road!!!! got there at 1430 eastern, scaled in at 1800, student had a wonderful experience trying to back into their spacious flatbed docks (dock 4) made even tighter by so many trucks bumping the steel corner that the weld had broken and made it even tighter, then of course w/a said "no tarp" bol had "load must be tarped" in 2 dif places and of course consignee was closed for the day so it was tarped. delivery had to be rescheduled for wednesday because consignee wouldn't wait 15 mins after their receiving hours for us to del that day. so parked 1 hour away from del at london, oh t/a to get truck serviced bc it was overdue. t/a said 3.5 hours to get it in the bay, whats your phone number we'll call you to back it in...tick tock tick tock and 6 hours later when i checked at the desk t/a's response "were trying" went to sleep at midnight still no call. cancelled the service in the am. t/a's response. . . dont know what happened to your paper but i do see in the computer where you were checked in for service. . .sorry. definate lesson in patience for those two days. lol
