    Easy problem to abide with!

Stay out of CA! Until you buy or upgrade to these money eating CARB rules what is in CA that you need? Did you loose something there? Ca NEVER impressed me ever in 32 years! Just a PITA having to go there!

We can thank those morons in CA for this cheap low sulphur diesel you're all burning as they were the ones who pushed it so hard and now their CARB compliant, truck engines, reefer, APU and get this, LAWNMOWERS! No kidding! They have to pass now! Not to mention the state that started the old car revolution has an impossibly high tax placed on any car that has no pollution control called the gross polluter tax! Heck even motorcycles have to pass this crap!

For some reason the other 49 states that think everything out of CA is so cool and trendy they have to adopt or copy those morons! WHY??

Let that stupid state go completely broke with not being able to ship their produce! Or when trucking companies decide not to haul to their broke state! Make CA build cross docks for in and outgoing freight!

No longer worry about those high dollar tickets!
Or not passing their CARB laws!

Just refuse any freight to CA if you are an O/O and let those rich (ROFLMAO) megas haul in and run the gauntlet!

Here's the real funny this about your new truck engine. The air that comes out the stack is now cleaner than what goes into the engine! Newer trucks are actually cleaning CA's air! They want them to burn even cleaner? Those morons just aren't passing at legal pot but are Bogarting the joint!

I guess they have the designs for cold fusion or helium and hydrogen engines so we can all run on water! Oh wait they have closed a town or two due to some kind of old water laws! LOL

As i was hauling cold and frozen produce in a reefer i would and i'm sure the companies i was delivering too greatly object to this requirement , you might get away with it in the winter.
